CloudStorm is an open event that is being organised at major cities in Europe. CloudStorm accepts new partners with as only rule that on each event the mix of cloud offerings is as varied as possible. At each event, 10 partners will give a Cloud update, each 5 minutes. After that a 3 hours networking opportunity will take place.

CloudStorm is a non-profit event. There are no participation fees for speaking vendors. Each vendor simply contributes an equal share in the event costs. For CloudStorm, we will select each time nice, accommodating and easy to reach locations.

CloudStorm Partners get:

• 5 minutes speaking slot for entire audience: content is free to choose, can also be a demo
• 1 table or space for popup booth to present collateral, helps to meet potential customers
• The registration list of attendees with contact info
• Profile on the CloudStrom website with content for you to choose
• Logo on CloudStorm website
• Logo in all CloudStorm mailings (for the respective CloudStorm event)
• Logo on event poster and flyers (for the respective CloudStorm event)
• Be mentioned in the press release issued for the respective CloudStorm event

Partners will:

• Promote the event at maximum via their channels, for example sent out newsletters, push to social networks, etc.
• Pay a cost oriented fee
• Be enthusiastic about Cloud Computing!

CloudStorm will:

• Push the event info to major event sites
• Take care of the venue selection
• Take care of registrations online and at the venue
• Distribute a press release for each event
• Attract media partners to promote the event
