Welcome to the official OSIS project website. OSIS or Object Storage Indexing System space is an open source project aiming to dramatically improve programming efficiency for the storage of objects compared to Object-relational mapping (ORM) used today.

The problems with ORM today are :

Hard to extend/reconfigure
Difficult to implement business logic
Overhead

The OSIS project is a new way of thinking about persistent object storage that provides developers with a more time and code efficient way to store and retrieve objects.
