Romain SlootMaekers - Master Researcher
Romain Slootmaekers is a computer scientist who started out as a research assistant at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven). At the university, he was hijacked by a university spin-off (Netvision/Ubizen). Later, he became team lead at www.kenuwpensioen.be, an online service that enabled Belgian citizens to predict their retirement benefit. In 2007 he joined iNuron as Head of R&D. Currently Romain is engaged in technology development for various Incubaid partners.
